Are you “unsure” what therapy is right for you? It could be that you’re not sure it’ll work, or whether we can help with what you’ve got, or maybe you had a bad experience somewhere in the past? If that sounds like you then a free discovery visit is the best first step.
If you are not quite ready to go ahead and book a therapy appointment right now, perhaps you have some questions and think it would be good to talk to someone at Revival? Let’s make sure you’re 100% sure that we can help you by having a conversation about your situation first.

At Revival Health and Wellness, our primary goal is to serve you and your loved ones with excellence. We believe your health care should be clear and concise. We are on a mission to bring hope, health, and healing to those who believe it is their right to live an abundant life. Our vision is to create some of the healthiest surrounding communities through neurologically based, scientific, and specific care. We focus on restoring life, happiness, and health by enabling you to function at your physiological peak. Our mission is to educate and build healthy families and individuals for generations to come.
After filling out the proper new practice member paperwork, we will take you on an educational tour of our office. We want you to know where everything is located so that you can feel at home and comfortable with us.
Our in depth, one-on-one consultation will help us get to know more about you: health concerns, future goals, as well as your past traumas and health history. This will help us give you the best quality of care possible.
At this time, we will discuss health and wellness so that you can have a better understanding of our approach to care and your goals. This is also when we will do a full muscle and nervous system assessment, orthopedic and diagnostic testing. This will allow us to locate where and how severe the damage and inflammation is in your body
If necessary, we will take digital X-rays on site. This will allow us to look at your skeletal system in order to provide you with the safest and most effective care possible for your unique case. We utilize a special type of x-rays most practitioners do not use. To see is to know, and to not see is to guess and we will not guess with your health.
On your next visit, as we will present a report of our findings to you. This will include the analysis of your full health history, neurological assessment, any diagnostic testing and/or X-rays, your customized, treatment protocol, and payment options for care.
This is where you will receive your first treatment. Everyone responds to care differently. Some people begin to feel better and see health improvements immediately, while others may take more time. Some may initially experience some discomfort and stiffness, known as healing sensations, which is completely normal as we restore the structure of your body and your nervous system. In order to achieve the best results as quickly as possible, it is vital to be consistent in keeping your appointments.
This step signifies the start of your commitment to a healthier you. As you progress, remember that achieving optimal health is a continuous process, and we are here to guide and support you every step of the way. Your dedication to regular appointments and following the care plan will be pivotal in reaching your health goals. Welcome to a life of wellness and vitality!
